1. Eligibility to Withdraw
- Available balance of KES 500 or more
- Verified M-Pesa number on account
- Account in good standing
2. How to Withdraw
- Step 1: Ensure your balance shows KES 500 or more
- Step 2: Go to Wallet, then Withdraw
- Step 3: Enter withdrawal amount
- Step 4: Confirm your M-Pesa number
- Step 5: Tap Confirm — funds arrive within 60 seconds
3. Verification Requirement
First-time withdrawals require M-Pesa number verification via SMS. This is a one-time security requirement.
4. Processing Times

5. Withdrawal Limits

These limits protect users from account takeover fraud.
6. Cancellation
Withdrawals cannot be cancelled once initiated. M-Pesa transactions are final.
7. Disputes
If you believe a withdrawal was processed incorrectly, contact finance@striveearn.com within 24 hours with:
- Your account phone number
- The withdrawal amount
- The date and time of withdrawal
